10 Things I WIsh I Had Known After an Autism Diagnosis

David Looney

10 pages plus cover.

This heartfelt booklet offers encouragement and practical guidance for parents facing an autism diagnosis, reminding you that your child is still the same beloved person and that hope, progress, and purpose remain ahead. Drawing from lived experience, it highlights the value of early support, patient advocacy, careful record-keeping, celebrating small victories, recognizing hidden strengths, and finding comfort in the autism community. Above all, it reassures families that while the journey may look different than expected, it can also be filled with growth, resilience, deep love, and abiding faith
